The Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, with no shipments on public holidays or national holidays.

We offer same-day shipping from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays:

Orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) or 11:00 AM (Saturday), including Same-day delivery, will be shipped the same day.

Same-day delivery is only available in Surabaya, Denpasar, Semarang, and Makassar, and must be requested via WhatsApp

Payments made after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Orders will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse to the customer’s location. Available warehouses are located in:
• Tenggilis Mejoyo – Surabaya
• Denpasar – Bali
• Makassar – South Sulawesi
• Semarang – Central Java
