Shipping Limitations
Currently, we only ship orders from the following warehouse locations: Tenggilis Mejoyo (Surabaya), Denpasar (Bali), Makassar (South Sulawesi), and Semarang (Central Java). Shipping availability and delivery times may vary based on stock and destination city.
Your Account
Products can only be exchanged or refunded if proven defective or incorrect. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt with supporting evidence. No refunds for change of mind.
